Can't get enough of Fried Loh Shu Fun

Superhero S is totally addicted to her Fried Loh Shu Fun since she first tasted it at the Tasty Recipe Chinese restaurant. Located just a walk away from her house at Taman Danau Desa, it is soooooo tempting to head over there for dinner every night! Haha.

But cannot larrr... Must remember the lesson learnt from Old Town Kopitiam. Too much of a good thing is never good! Don't wanna develop a phobia towards good food! Haha. :p

Okay, so the two superheroes went over there again for dinner last week. Yeah. I was weak. Gave in to my temptation because the darned Loh Shu Fun just couldn't get off my mind!

Superhero S naturally ordered her Fried Loh Shu Fun while Superhero W ordered his Black Pepper Chicken which comes with rice. The Loh Shu Fun was of course as good as ever, and only did I realize that it comes with a raw egg which was nicely put in the middle of the Loh Shu Fun. Niceeeee.... :p

Superhero W's Black Pepper Chicken with rice was delicious too. And even though it did not boast of a particularly strong or distinct black pepper taste, it still passes off as a dish well done. The chicken meat was generously served and you can actually finish eating the rice before you finish the meat! (Because that was what happened to Superhero W!) Haha.

He was soooooo tempted to order an extra bowl of rice because there were still so much meat on his plate. But after being reminded that an extra bowl of rice will give him an additional 3kg, the thought immediately said its goodbyes. Muahahahahaa... :p

We actually ordered a side dish this time around. Since it was a nice rainy day, we ordered their Seaweed Fish Paste Soup which was pretty good actually. Maybe it's the MSG added inside! Hehe. The Fish Paste soup is one of their specialties, though they could've been more generous with the fishys. Maybe fish is expensive nowadays uh. :p

For drinks, we decided to order 2 cups of Chrysanthemum Tea since it has been a hot hot week. Tastes pretty natural instead of something out of the can or pack. (Note the cool camera effect! :p)

All in all, returning the second time around to Tasty Recipe seemingly makes it all the more irresistable for us because of the good food they serve! The bill totalled at RM23. Reasonable I would say, since we're paying for the nice ambience as well. *grins*

For those who need a map to Tasty Recipe, you can check it out at our previous post on Tasty Recipe. Thanks to KY for the map!

**However, please be noted that Tasty Recipe has now shifted to another location in Kelana Jaya and is no longer open in Taman Desa.**
