Know why Superhero W was so excited about going to Ipoh Old Town Kopitiam last weekend? The underlying factor that actually motivated us to get our a$$ over there is that Superhero W is crazy about his Ipoh Old Town White Coffee!
He must have his extra boost for the day -- his Old Town White Coffee -- before he can sit down and start his work every day. He even stocks at least 2 big packs of his coffee at home just in case it runs out of stock in supermarkets! So you see, going to the Kopitiam is much like going to a concert where his favourite idol is performing on stage! Haha. :p
We were like two excited little birds enthusiastically chirping away when we arrived in the Kopitiam. Looking up and down, left and right. Go check out the toilet. Caressing the tables and chairs. It's like appreciating some century old monument of some sort. You see...this is the effect of Superhero W's affection for his Ipoh Old Town White Coffee!
Which is why the coffee is bad...it's turning us into crazed fans who are driven enough to go around KL hunting for every Kopitiam outlet!! It's almost like we're one of those fans who would follow their idols everywhere they go during their idol's tour around the world?! Haha... :p
The two superheroes have already planned which outlet they should be heading to next...The newly-opened Ipoh Old Town Kopitiam at 3 Miles Square, Old Klang Road! Now it's even coming near to Superhero S's home!!! Arhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..............

i went there a couple of times liao, i stay opposite the old town kopitiam 3rd mile old klang road at the apartment there only :)
first few visits were ok, if you don't smoke, i suggest you go into the drink making area there, that's the no smoking zone, the thing is there's only 5 or 6 tables there and the staff there are noisy.
Mostly are foreigners, the food is ok, especially the nasi lemak. but that day had some big pieces of stones in the rice, bite into it CRUNCH so bloody pain. grrrr

There's an Old Town Coffee just opened near by school. Maybe I'll give that a try.
